Ryan Baylor started his fitness career 15 years ago. During that time, Ryan has worked as a strength and conditioning coach with elite high school and collegiate athletes, an exercise physiologist in a clinical hospital based Cardiac, Diabetic, and Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program, and currently as a personal trainer providing safe, individualized, fitness programming to a diverse population of clientele.
In addition to working one-on-one with clients, Ryan works for an international fitness education company and has taught personal training certification workshops for thousands of personal trainer hopefuls across the US for more than a decade. Ryan also helps to develop fitness education programs and provides educational support for personal trainers across the world.
Ryan sits as an expert fellow for the National Board of Fitness Examiners, a non-profit organization that promotes the services of qualified fitness professionals as a viable means of improving public health.
